We booked Acc-Red for a return day trip from Dombivli to Thane and back. The service is impeccable,punctual and is built around giving you an A-class experience. The first thing I noticed was that the differently-abled passenger is seated in the front passenger seat, which gives them the best view and experience of the road and the surroundings. They also provided an extendable ramp to use on stairs as well as a wheelchair, so taking the passenger up and down the stairs and around was relatively effortless and quick. They are incredibly easy to deal with, knowledgeable,supportive and genuinely caring and empathetic to the situation that many wheelchair bound citizens face in Mumbai. I would have no hesitation to recommend Acc-Red for a genuinely world class experience to people who are often forgotten about due to limitations in public infrastructure.

I used the rotating chair in the car recently. It was an amazing experience. Rotating chair can be very useful for a wheelchair users. It can eliminate multiple transfers for a physically challenged as rotating chair can be mounted on a specially designed trolley and taken right upto the home and the wheelchair user can be seated and wheeled to the car. The same chair can be fitted into without having to lift up the person person. Thus the person with disability is traveling with dignity without the hassle of transferring again and again.

Took my dad to my farm in alibag and used the ramp that I bought and we all just were so so happy. The quality and build of it is excellent and the mobility it gave was wonderful. It is a wonderful product and we are super glad to have got it. One technical point that the ramp has that it can fold to half its size and can be extended to full length and locked and the ramp comes with a beautiful carry bag that allows it to be kept in the car hence is very versatile to use and always available for going up levels.
